A) The warranty period for our popular products is 3 years. There are very few products with a 2-year term. In some cases, we build products with a warranty period of 5 years. .

During the warranty period, if there is a problem, Red Lotus's technical team will be present within 24-72 working hours of receiving the customer's notification.

A) All of our projects have structural calculations performed by a team of professional Structural Engineers, which not only ensures safety but also helps save and avoid waste for customers.
For important positions, in addition to structural calculations, we perform model runs and calculation explanations to serve the requirements of Design Document Verification.

A) Normally, when we receive a request from the Investor, we carry out the work in the following order:
- Meet and listen to understand customer requirements.
- Collect data information. Conduct a location survey, consider structure, architecture, landscape,... evaluate the effectiveness of the advertising location, consider traffic density, approach directions to the location, position angles and time the direct impact of sunlight on the sign, consider and evaluate the surrounding impacts affecting the visibility and structure of the sign, etc....
- Prepare a survey report, evaluate the current status and submit it to the Investor for consideration.
- Prepare proposed design documents and cost estimates to submit to the Investor for approval.
- Prepare detailed design documents and detailed quotation, after the design plan and cost estimate are approved.
- Prepare construction plan documents (shop drawings) and draft contracts with appendices clearly stating responsibilities and scope of implementation.

A) During the warranty period, Red Lotus performs periodic inspections once every 12 months. And proactively ask the Investor for permission to immediately fix any signs of deterioration on the project (if any).
   After the warranty period expires, we continue to provide maintenance, repair and maintenance services at preferential prices for customers.

Q - Which provinces and cities do you serve?

A) There is a risk of fire and explosion in low quality signs. This causes enormous consequences and seriously affects human lives and is a measure of a company's business ethics.
At Red Lotus, we prioritize our efforts to prevent fire hazards by:
  - Prioritize the use of fireproof materials for all products; Only use electrical equipment and wires from reputable manufacturers in the market,
- All devices are theoretically calculated and actually measured and tested for current intensity, then use wires with a safety factor of 1.5-2.0 times compared to the rated current intensity, ensuring safety with starting current and long-term working process of electric transmission wires and electrical equipment.
- All connection points use connectors and connectors in accordance with current industrial electrical technical standards. Absolutely do not overdo it manually
- Use insulating asbestos film, electrical troughs,... for all electrical wires. Use RCBO for all electrical cabinets, power adapters with relays that automatically shut off when overvoltage, overload, overheating, etc.
  - Strictly comply and closely inspect the implementation of electrical technical safety standards.
