This building, when our customer received it, had many shortcomings. Architecturally, the building lacks a base and a finishing point at the top.

With the desire to have a really good logo location and gain the trust of the Investor. Red Lotus's Architectural Team proposed a plan to renovate the podium and roof along with the entire first floor garden landscape. Our architectural and landscape renovation solution was approved and selected for construction.

Attaching the logo set to the designated location is simply installation - it's not too difficult. Creating a landscape, creating a logo base that can blend in and be consistent with the design language of interior architecture - even stand out and be worthy of its name and role is something that requires a lot of investment and dedication. .

Not only the architectural part, the structural part also takes up a lot of time. Structure Team cooperates with the Construction Department of the University to design and complete the verification of structural design documents before implementation.
